I want to let you know what a wonderful person your employee Kathy L. is! She was so helpful getting my mom into your facility! More than that though, you can tell that she loves her job. 

She cares so much about all of the people,and their families, and that is something that sometimes gets lost in businesses. She is kind, helpful,and generous with her time. I truly believe that her degree of caring is the main reason you have such a good reputation. 

I realize it can't come down to just one person, but she is the person we see first, and she presents herself and Avamere Court at Keizer with total honesty, helpful advice, and such a high degree of caring, that we can't help but fall in love with her! I feel that I can go to her with any concerns, and if there is anything she can do, she will. If the situation needs to be handled by someone else, she is quick to point you to that person. 

She speaks highly of her coworkers, and works hard to get along, and present a united front--something that you should sincerely be happy about! I hope you know what a valuable asset she is to Avamere Keizer, because she is truly a gem! If it hadn't been for her, I don't think I would have survived the transition that we had to make.
