Avamere Court at Keizer - Administrator, Cheryl Anderson

We offer a beautiful five-acre campus that provides four levels of senior care, making Avamere Court at Keizer the ultimate continuing care community.

Our retirement community includes 96 beautiful apartments, an onsite restaurant, an exercise center and transportation services 7-days a week. We also offer residential apartments that are geared toward seniors who need assistance. Both apartment buildings are pet-friendly.

Another facet of our campus is our skilled nursing and rehab services for those who need short-term care after surgery, a stroke or other illness. And finally we offer long-term residential care to support seniors dealing with chronic health conditions. For all services, we strive to exceed one's expectations and embrace the Avamere Family of Companies' overall mission, "to enhance the life of every person we serve."

My start in the business came in high school while I was working for my mother who was a building operational supervisor for a senior facility. During school vacations I mowed the lawn and did laundry and housekeeping. Currently I have 25 years of experience as an Administrator, five of which have been with Avamere. I'm someone who's upbeat and encourages my staff to work collaboratively as a team. I direct them to the same common focus and ensure they have what they need to do their jobs well.
